Being born into a family owned moving business has given me the first insight of how hard you need to work to keep a business operating, along with good working habits. In High School I took Carpentry and worked for a home builder during school and in the summer. This also taught me what goes into running a business, scheduling jobs, and working hard to get jobs completed on time. Another asset that I have gained from working in the construction industry is the ability to work well with others and satisfy the customer’s needs. This has encouraged me to complete my Operations Management degree with the University of Delaware.
